Dover Artificial Lift’s Oil Lift hydraulic drives are fully enclosed and driven by helical gears. Each drive contains a parallel shaft helical gearbox with direct-mounted hydraulic motor and includes the patented top-mounted, field serviceable Zero Spill stuffing box for ease of service. The drives are compatible with Dover Artificial Lift’s continuous rod technology and come in various gear ratios and horsepower ratings.
- The H1800 hydraulic drive has a maximum speed of 500 rpm and a thrust-bearing Ca 90 rating of 25,900 lbs. The drive has an AGMA gear rating of 1,950 ft-lb at 150 rpm for 43,800 hours, and a polished rod load rating of 13,700 lbs at 250 rpm for 50,000 hours.
- The H1900 hydraulic drive also has a maximum speed of 500 rpm, depending on the hydraulic system, and a maximum torque of 2,000 ft-lb. The drive has a thrust bearing Ca 90 rating of 35,000 tons and a polished rod load rating of 17,800 lbs at 250 rpm for 50,000 hours.
